Our current "Handbook of Rules, Regulations, Guidelines and Courtesies" is attached below: 6a of 7 below.

Seawatch does a complete background check / search on all potential buyers. Please provide essential search information to seawatch.board@gmail.com and arrange for payment of $100.00 for each owner on title. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for completion of the search after payment is received.

Final financial statement will be supplied when closing date is submitted in writing. allow 5 - 7 business days for processing.

When we receive a fully executed contract of sale we will ask that the buyers information be sent to Seawatch with money for the background check.

RENTALS MUST BE FOR NO LESS THAN 30 DAYS

All rentals must be for NO LESS THAN 30 days. 30 day minimum rentals is an ordinance of Marathon and a covanent of Seawatch at Marathon.
