Four of our five board members live full time at Seawatch. We encourage you to call us when you decide to visit with your clients. We would be glad to briefly meet with you and the client and answer those usual questions that potential buyers have about life at Seawatch. (305) 731-5068

Our current "Handbook of Rules, Regulations, Guidelines and Courtesies" is attached here for your clients.
Seawatch does a complete background check / search on all potential buyers. Please provide essential search information to seawatch.board@gmail.com and arrange for payment of $100.00. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for completion of the search after payment is received.
A Seawatch Board Member will sign off on the approval for purchase prior to the closing. Please have the closing attorney submit the attached document and allow 5 - 7 business days for processing.
RENTALS MUST BE FOR NO LESS THAN 30 DAYS
A few Seawatch Condo Owners rent their condos privately or through a realtor. All rentals must be for NO LESS THAN 30 days. 30 day minimum rentals is an ordinance of Marathon and a covanent of Seawatch at Marathon.
